According to the official blog of Francis Zégut, host of the show “Pop Rock Station” on the French radio station RTL2, System of a Down will perform at the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy in Paris, France on June 6, 2011. This is expected to be one of many gigs the reunited band will play in Europe during next summer’s festival season. An official announcement on the matter, with more details about the group’s future plans, could come as early as next week.

jebus christ, i hope this is true! and it’s about time, serj’s solo career is going nowhere, scars have the potential to make another album and shavo i haver no idea about him. i hope they continue to make music as a band!

First of all,thank God Soadomized is opened again,when I saw a week ago that it’s closed I thought I’m going crazy!And second,let’s all pray and hope they are going to reunite on 6th of June 2011,they have to!

I just stopped by Serj’s facebook and saw that someone posted something about System performing at Seven Festival in Węgorzewo in 2011. I believe the post is in some Slavic language–perhaps Polish. Rumors about an end to the hiatus abound–even on Serj’s facebook.
